Sinta would like to welcome you to our dinner series featuring inspiration from traditional Filipino flavors and ingredients, presented in an innovative way. Currently, we have a residency at Bavette La Boucherie, in the Historic Third Ward. We plan to do one service per month, and have limited seating available.

This 6-course tasting menu is designed to give you an insight on what Filipino food not only tastes like, but why it plays a huge part in the culture and traditions. We travel back to the motherland quite often, and we try to bring back as much inspiration and hospitality as possible . With that said, we welcome you into our “home,” and want to share a little of our lifestyle and passion with each of you. - Zach & Katrina
